Where is your matcha sourced from?
All Purematcha products are sourced directly from sustainable organic farms in Uji, Kyoto, which is renowned for producing the highest quality green tea in Japan.
How should I store my matcha to keep it fresh?
To maintain color and flavor, store your matcha in its airtight tin in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. For maximum freshness, we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator.
What is the difference between Ceremonial and Culinary grade?
Ceremonial grade is made from the youngest tea leaves and is intended to be whisked with water and enjoyed straight. Culinary grade has a bolder flavor profile designed to stand up to other ingredients in lattes and baking.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened matcha. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
